Alciades Velasquez, CEO

Founding member of Americas Energy Company, Inc., President and Chief Executive Officer. Founder of several companies both in Venezuela and in the USA. He has been President of Sistemas Cartograficos, C.A., and President of Sisteca Consultores, C.A.. Over 15 years of experience simultaneously managing several companies. He has performed as an engineering manager for several consulting companies. Experience includes planning, strategy definition and execution control, administration, proposals, bidding, and marketing. He possesses wide knowledge of oil & gas market. He has been President and board member of several business organizations.

Anselmo Rodriguez, CFO

Founding member of Americas Energy Company, Inc., Secretary of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer. Twenty years of combined experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate supply chain management, and information technology. Eight years of information technology experience application engineering. Fifteen of the twenty years with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana and five years with General Motors Corporation (inventory control and international purchasing for spare parts operations).

Sunilda Velasquez, CAO

Founding member of Americas Energy Company, Inc., Vice-President and Chief Auditor Officer. Cofounder of several companies both in Venezuela and in the USA. She has been Vice-President of Finance and Administration of Sisteca Consultores, C.A., Manager of Administration of Sistemas Cartograficos C.A., Engineering Manager of EIPER, and performed in other leadership and managerial roles. 15 years of experience simultaneously managing the finances for several companies. Her vast finance and contract administration experience includes the execution of company budget, receivables, payables, taxes, insurance, payroll, and administrative control on projects in execution.
